Anxiety Is a Liar — Heavyweight Tee

136,18 kr. DKK (plus tax)

Anxiety tells you you're not enough, you're behind, you're alone. It's lying.

This is the shirt for the days your mind gets loud — a reminder worn where you can see it: the fear is a feeling, not a fact.

Breathe. Pray. Lift. Keep going.

Specs: 6.1 oz garment-dyed ringspun cotton. Soft washed feel, unisex fit, machine washable.

A note from Marcelo: this shirt is encouragement, not treatment. If anxiety is affecting your daily life, please talk to someone you trust or a professional. You don't have to fight it alone.

Supplier-provided measurements might differ by up to 2 inches (5 cm).

A useful tip is to compare these measurements with one of your own garments at home by measuring it similarly.

A Length

Begin at the collar on the top (high point shoulder) and draw the measuring tape down to the garment's bottom.

B Width

Start the measurement at the seam right below one sleeve and extend the tape across to the seam underneath the opposite sleeve.

C Sleeve length

Position the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve and extend it down to the sleeve's hem.
